Khofiz Shakhidi is an entrepreneur from Tajikistan who lives in Monaco.


He graduated from the University of Essex, United Kingdom and held various positions in the investment banking industry in the City of London.


On the 21 May 2014, Khofiz Shakhidi made an offer and bought all the (LSE listed) shares of a Logistics company Pan European Terminals Plc. This company was subsequently renamed into Global Transport and Logistics Ltd.


Chairman of Alif Bank, a leading Central Asian Fintech. Alif Bank started as a micro credit organisation in Tajikistan and received its banking licence in late 2019. With over 800,000 customers Alif is one of the market leaders in Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) in Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
